DR Painting Ltd is looking for an independent self-starter to assume responsibility for a varied and challenging Office Manager position.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

- Answer phones, take messages, vet sales calls for owner
- Engage in staff discussions regarding best practices as issues arise
- Maintain computer and manual filing systems,
- Connect and work with clients to answer questions and concerns
- Prepare quotes for approval
- Support, assist and maintain CRM as needed
- Delivery and pick up of supplies and materials as needed
- Other duties as assigned

Required Skills & Experience:

- Senior level administrative / office management experience
- Strong knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Exceptional knowledge of Excel
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Problem solving skills
- Able to work independently
- A certificate or diploma in Office Administration/Management is preferred

however those with considerable experience in the administrative/management field will be considered
- Some travel will be required.

Other information:
Benefits: Health benefits available after 3-month probation period

Hours: 30-40/week

Vacation: 2 weeks

**Salary**: $18.54-$26.00 per hour
