**HISTORY OF THE LEDUC GOLF & COUNTRY CLUB**

The Leduc Golf & Country Club was established in 1961. The vision was to be a non-profit golf course and clubhouse providing a fun and relaxing atmosphere for all its membership. The original 9-hole course was expanded to 18-holes in 1971. Since then, many improvements have been made to both the golf course and clubhouse to sustain the original vision of providing exceptional service and products to our membership. We have a brand new all-in facility. Under this roof you will find our Pro Shop space, offices, Hackers Grill lounge, banquet facility with occupancy of 220, Board Room, utility room, the ultimate all year round simulator cave with enhanced Virtual Golf and club fitting technology.

We want to be the heartbeat of Leduc, and we wish to get there through creative and engaging year round experience, a competitive and resonating lounge, and unforgettable weddings

**Duties**:

- Supervise and manage office staff, ensuring efficient and effective operations
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
- Manage relationships with vendors, including ordering supplies and coordinating services
- Maintain organized filing systems and ensure accurate record keeping
- Assist with budgeting and financial management tasks, including tracking expenses and preparing reports
- Perform general clerical duties, such as data entry, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Utilize office software programs, such as Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks, to complete tasks efficiently

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in office administration or a related field
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment
- Knowledge of budgeting principles and experience with financial management tasks
- Familiarity with clerical procedures and office software programs (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, QuickBooks)
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping and data entry

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
