Administrative Coordinator

Job Summary:
The Produce Depot, Carling Location is seeking a full-time administrative coordinator.
The individual will need to have experience working in a busy and hectic environment with lots of distractions. Must be a self-starter, multitasker, with a can-do attitude. Similar experience is an asset, but proper training will be given. Will be expected to pick-up on training quickly and effectively making little to no errors.
**Responsibilities**:
- Invoice and payment processing
- Prepare and post Revenue and Receipts transactions
- Knowledge of Statistical Methods
- Schedules and Tables on Excel
- General duties, which include filing, answering phones, taking messages and other light duties.
**Requirements**:
- Strong knowledge in Sage Simply Accounting Software
- Knowledge in MS Office (Word & Excel) Software
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work
**Qualifications**:
- Diploma or equivalent work experience in a related field.

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
