We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Express Employment Professionals in Ottawa East.

**Job Summary:**

This is a full-time, in-office role that offers the opportunity to support a mission-driven organization dedicated to shaping Canada's business landscape.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide dedicated support to senior executives as needed
  • Manage and maintain accurate distribution lists for the database
  • Assist in updating and maintaining Council Minute Books
  • Coordinate logistical arrangements for meetings, including preparing meeting materials and arranging travel and accommodation
  • Support membership recruitment efforts by researching and gathering information from the FP500 and assisting in outreach initiatives
  • Prepare and reconcile expense claims
  • Schedule meetings and travel arrangements
  • Provide backup support to fellow administrative assistants
  • Track and manage member fee payments

**Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant, preferably supporting senior executives
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (English)
  • Proficient in electronic and virtual meeting platforms
  • Autonomous and self-motivated
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Collaborative team player attitude
  • High degree of professionalism and discretion
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality

**Working Conditions:

This is a Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm position. The salary range for this role is $50,000 - $55,000 per year.
