**Supervision and Leadership**:

- Provide leadership and direction to the administrative team, including front desk staff, medical receptionists, and administrative assistants.
- Foster a positive and supportive work environment that encourages teamwork, collaboration, and professional growth.

**Workflow Management**:

- Oversee daily administrative workflows to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of tasks.
- Coordinate patient scheduling, registration, and check-in processes to optimize efficiency and minimize wait times.
- Monitor and address issues or bottlenecks in workflow to maintain productivity and patient satisfaction.

**Training and Development**:

- Train new administrative staff on clinic policies, procedures, and software systems.
- Provide ongoing training and support to existing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in healthcare administration and share relevant information with the team.

**Quality Assurance and Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, including HIPAA regulations, in all administrative activities.
- Conduct regular audits of patient records, documentation, and billing processes to maintain accuracy and integrity.
- Implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance the delivery of administrative services and patient care.

**Collaboration and Communication**:

- Collaborate with clinical staff, physicians, and other departments to address operational issues and optimize patient care processes.
- Serve as a liaison between administrative staff and management, conveying feedback, concerns, and suggestions for improvement.
- Communicate effectively with patients, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive patient experience.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare administration, with supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of medical terminology, insurance procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, solve problems, and make effective decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and upholding ethical standards in healthcare administration.

**Salary**: $18.50-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 36 per week
