**The opportunity**:
**The qualifications and experience we’re looking for**:

- Completion of a formal training program in a related discipline from a recognized institution required.
- Four years of directly related experience in a senior administrative function from a recognized/comparable institute required.
- Experience with UM Financial Services and Human Resources systems required, e.g., Concur, EPIC, VIP, Aurora Finance, FAST, Aurora Student, Banner.
- Extensive experience providing committee support, taking, and transcribing accurate minutes, and following-up in a timely manner required.
- Experience maintaining and reconciling departmental budgets required.
- Knowledge of PHIA and FIPPA required.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality in all aspects of position required.
- Ability to organize/host meetings on virtual platforms, e.g., Zoom, MS Teams, and coordinate hybrid meetings (in-person and virtual) required.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment and to bring energy, motivation, and enthusiasm to the job required.
- Ability and willingness to work flexible hours as required.
- Satisfactory work record, including satisfactory attendance and punctuality, is required.
