**Spar-Clean Inc. ** is offering an exciting opportunity for an organized and detail-oriented individual to join our growing team as a part-time Administrative Assistant. **Duties**:

- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Answer and direct phone calls and take messages
- Manage cleaning schedule, coordinate with clients and cleaners.
- Coordinate with clients to establish, confirm, and change schedule as needed.
- Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
- Perform data entry and update various databases
- Conduct research and compile data as needed

**Skills**:

- Proficient in calendar management and scheduling software
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to organize and file documents accurately
- Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail for proofreading documents
- Strong administrative skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $17.00-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 20 per week
