GEM Health Care Services has been providing quality care to families and health institutions for over 15 years. Our professional staff of over 150+ RNs, RPNs and PSWs address both the medical and non-medical needs of our clients.

As an Administrative Assistant with GEM Health Care Services you will be part of an ever growing team of professionals dedicated to the health and wellbeing of our clients in all aspects of their lives.

**Responsibilities**:

- data entry
- answering phones
- communicating with clients and employees
- filling shifts
- on-call schedule (answering phones) 1 weekend per month

Office hours : Monday - Friday 9am-3pm

- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

**Qualifications**
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel and Word
- Prior administrative experience preferred
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or willingness to learn
