Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly with a professional telephone manner
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail
- Maintain office filing systems and databases such as spreadsheets and daily office operations
- Provide administrative support to staff as needed
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in an office administrative role
- Familiarity with office equipment and procedures
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Professional phone etiquette and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) - basic QuickBooks is an asset
- Experience in a property management office is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
