Ce poste est à pourvoir au sein de Banque Laurentienne.

Le ou la chef de la documentation et des garanties aura la responsabilité d'examiner et de négocier les transactions liées à la documentation, d'exécuter un contrôle diligent et de gérer les aspects opérationnels en conformité avec les politiques et procédures applicables.

**Responsabilités**:
º Traiter les crédits approuvés - recevoir et examiner toutes les demandes de crédit approuvées pour toute action/surveillance requise par le secteur.

º Préparer et/ou examiner les documents sur la connaissance du client et la lutte contre le blanchiment d'argent pour garantir la conformité.

º Examiner les lettres d'offre pour garantir la conformité aux politiques de la Banque, notamment en matière d'approbation de crédit.

º Effectuer des analyses de sécurité pour les dossiers de client individuels et faire le suivi.

º Préparer et fournir les documents juridiques internes, au besoin.

º S'assurer que les irrégularités à l'égard des garanties détenues sont signalées et qu'un suivi approprié est consigné au journal.

º Mettre à jour et gérer le rapport de suivi; consigner et tenir à jour les garanties dans les systèmes bancaires (T24) et le rapport de suivi.

º Demander l'ouverture du dossier client et des limites dans le système bancaire (T24) en préparation du financement.

º S'assurer que toutes les polices d'assurance requises sont disponibles et à jour (assurance tous risques, incendie et responsabilité, le cas échéant).

º S'assurer que toute la sécurité a été revue, qu'elle est conforme au dernier crédit approuvé, que la lettre d'offre a été consignée dans le système T24 au moins 30 jours avant la prochaine date d'examen du crédit.

º Demander le renouvellement de l'inscription gouvernementale.

º Collaborer avec les avocats de la Banque et coordonner les activités pour de la Banque opposables avant d'avancer des fonds.

º Tenir à jour les manuels de procédures et le système.

º Tenir à jour les dossiers; p. ex., listes de dossiers, dossiers de stockage des registres, etc. (hors site).

º S'assurer que la liste des personnes-ressources de la Banque est à jour en tout temps.

º Effectuer toute autre tâche demandée par le directeur principal ou la directrice principale.

**Qualifications**:
º Expérience en finance/services bancaires et/ou formation juridique, p. ex., en techniques parajuridiques, ou diplôme universitaire en droit, MBA spécialisé en services bancaires, en finance ou en immobilier

º De deux à six ans d'expérience pertinente

º Excellent sens de l'organisation et des priorités

º Excellentes compétences en service à la clientèle

º Connaissance des services bancaires du secteur immobilier commercial et des pratiques juridiques en vigueur dans ce secteur

º Bonne connaissance de Microsoft Office

º Diplôme universitaire dans un domaine connexe

º Bonne connaissance des principes des ressources humaines
