As a member of the Sales team, the Program Coordinator will be responsible for organizing, executing, and communicating details of their assigned account. This person also acts as the liaison between sales and other internal departments. The primary responsibility is to ensure the execution of the sales plan as directed by the Program Manager.

**The Details**
- Provide essential account service and support both internally and externally.
- Understand the assigned customer’s program
- Help oversee budget adherence
- Track, review and evaluate sales performance
- Processing orders with accuracy and timeliness
- Resolving billing and shipping discrepancies
- Create, edit and proofread correspondence, invoices, presentations, brochures, publications, reports and related material
- Ensure data integrity
- Collaborate with internal departments to coordinate materials inventory and ensure product readiness
- Ensure compliance with customer requirements
- Initiate communication with internal stakeholders
**About You**
- Friendly with a good sense of humour
- You take your work seriously but you don’t take yourself too seriously
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Word)
- Excellent data entry skills (eg. compiling, transcribing, and reviewing)
- Strong analytical, data management, and problem-solving skills
- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
