We are looking for a Human Resources and Recruitment Specialist to join our team.

Primary duties include but not limited to:

- Prepare and place job ads.
- Prepare job descriptions and duties. Ensure they are accurate and up-to-date.
- Oversee hiring process, which include coordinating with hiring managers on job posts, duties, reviewing resumes, etc.
- Ensure new hire paperwork is complete and processed.
- Orient new employees.
- Prepare and update employment records related to hiring, transfers, promotions and terminations.
- Establish, implement and maintain human resources policies.
- Explain human resources policies, procedures, employment standards to new and existing employees.
- Address any employment relations issues, such as work complaints, harassment allegations, performance issues, attendance issues, etc.
- Analyze compensation packages and benefits. Perform market research. Recommend compensation plans.
- Develop and administer health and safety programs.
- Develop and administer company policies and procedures.
- Assists payroll as needed

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 5 years work experience in Human Resources doing similar role
- Excellent MS Office knowledge
- Outstanding organizational, time management and people skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Discretion and confidentiality
