**Responsibilities**:

- Processing, confirming and following-up on client documentation for proper maintenance of accounts in a timely manner.
- Assist with client reviews, including preparing advisor-proposed recommendations, and other work that is delegated from other team members.
- Maintaining client lists and compiling statistical information and reports, including assembling data and preparing periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Performing additional administrative duties as required, including finding efficiencies and improving processes.
- Assist in other clerical work as it comes up and helping the team.

**Job Requirements**:

- Post-secondary education.
- One-year administrative experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail is a must.
- Highly organized and able to meet deadlines.
- Great analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Customer service focused.
- Self-starter and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Quick learner who is open to learning new things.
- Computer literacy is a must as we are a paperless office with a strong knowledge of Adobe and Microsoft Products.
