Logistics Sales Executive

The company's expertise encompasses customs brokerage, production, storage, and inbound/outbound logistics via various modes of transport, including Sea Freight, Air Freight, Truck Freight, and Express.
As we continue our trajectory of expansion, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven 3PL Sales Executive who will not only contribute to our success but also play a pivotal role in identifying and securing new business opportunities within the logistics and supply chain industry. Sales commission is calculated as a percentage of gross or net profit.
**Responsibilities**
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the transportation and 3PL sector.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to generate leads and acquire new clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and client satisfaction.
- Present our comprehensive range of transportation and logistics services in a compelling manner and clearly articulate the value proposition and unique advantages of our offerings.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with potential clients.
- Set and achieve ambitious sales targets and objectives and continuously track and report on sales performance.
- Continuously evaluate and adapt sales strategies to meet evolving market demands.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities.
- Contribute insights to enhance our service offerings and maintain a competitive edge.
**Job Qualifications**
- Proven track record in B2B sales, preferable within the logistics or 3PL industry.
- Strong understanding of logistics concepts, supply chain processes, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships.
- Results-oriented with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
