Real Estate Administrative Assistant

This position is to provide support to a growing real estate team. You will be responsible for administration, social media, as well as but not limited to, other duties as described herein.
Real Estate administration experience is highly preferred.

**Salary**: $18.00 - $20.00 based on experience
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Managing personal calendar and all appointments
- Answer/filter listing related calls from showing agents/prospective clients
- Prepare and load showing and access instructions to Broker Bay
- Broker loading - uploading and updating listings on MLS
- Offers -- preparation of offers, amendments, waivers and other related forms/ documents
- Coordinating or assisting with the preparation and delivery of marketing materials and presentations
- Booking of open houses, preparing feature sheets
- Pre-listing, listing and post-sale activities
- Coordinate with inspectors, mortgage specialists, lawyers, etc.
- Organizing mailings and target mailing
- Coordinating or installing/ removing signs and lockboxes
- Prepare & Submit Trade Record Sheets
- Manage client relationship tasks such as follow up and ensuring all required documents are collected and correctly completed
- Assist as required with personal functions such as, buying gifts, greeting service providers, etc.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Must be proficient in English preferably in Mandarin and Cantonese
- Superior customer service skills, including excellent telephone and interpersonal manner.
- Detail-oriented, high level of initiative and the ability to multitask
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Outstanding communication skills (written and verbal)
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong time management capabilities.
- Strong data entry and reporting skills
- Minimum 1 to 2 years working experience in general office administration, ideally in the real estate industry.
**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
