Experienced, local real estate agent looking for an energetic individual for the office administrative role.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is a team player and looking to gain valuable experience in the real estate industry.

**Responsibilities**:

- Answering and directing phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Greeting and welcoming clients and visitors
- Scheduling and confirming appointments for real estate agents
- Maintaining and organizing the reception area
- Assisting with administrative and operational tasks, such as data entry and filing
- Coordinating with other employees to ensure smooth office operations
- Creating and managing social media posts on various platforms

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to greet and assist clients in a professional and friendly manner.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM, and other relevant software for scheduling appointments and maintaining accurate records.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage administrative tasks such as filing and data entry.
- Knowledge of real estate industry terminology and procedures (preferred) to provide accurate information to clients and colleagues.
- Experience working with social media platforms and basic content management.
- Minimum 1 Year Real Estate Office Admin Experience

Position Details:

- Full-time
- Wage per hour: $20-$23 (based on experience)
- Hours of work: Monday through Friday from 9:00am-5:00pm; 35 hours per week
- Languages: English (mandatory); Punjabi or Mandarin is an asset

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 50 per week
