We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Real Estate Office Administrator to join our team at Keller Williams Empowered Realty. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to our real estate agents and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars and coordinate appointments for our real estate agents
  • Oversee the completion of paperwork for real estate transactions
  • Produce marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and social media posts
  • Monitor deadlines and provide notifications to relevant parties
  • Assist with local events and community outreach initiatives
  • Coordinate between sellers, buyers, and service providers
  • Prepare MLS worksheets and post listings on MLS
  • Follow up with clients to complete documents and paperwork

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in the real estate industry
  • Highly efficient communication skills
  • High level of professionalism and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Passionate about providing excellent customer service
  • MS Office proficiency and experience with social media platforms
