CondoWong Real Estate Inc., Brokerage is one of the most successful and well-known real estate companies in Toronto.

We specialize in the condo market. Our main departments include pre-construction, resale and rental.

We are currently looking for a **Real Estate Administrative Assistant** in our rental department.

Our rental team manages a few hundred condo units for our investor clients.

You will be given a lot of opportunities to develop exceptional communication and problem-solving skills. You must be a **team player**. If you enjoy working in a fast pace and challenging environment and your goal is to keep learning, improving and striving to be a better version of yourself, then this position may be for you.

Daily Activities:

- Work closely with the sales team to prepare agreements, legal documents, and other applicable documents
- Handling all after-sales related tasks and issues
- Manage day-to-day operations at the store front (greeting customers, answering phone calls)

Our office hours will be Monday to Saturday from 10 am to 7 pm.

**Salary**: From $50,000.00 per year
