**Position Summary**:
HR Assistant who has outstanding administrative and leadership skills. You will be responsible for day-to-day HR job duties focusing on

Payroll, timesheet administration and Health & Safety area.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Recruitment
- Perform orientation for new hires, collect all documentation for new hire
- Maintain digital and electronic records of employees
- Serve as point of contact with benefit vendors and administrators
- Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas
- Coordinate training sessions and seminars
- Perform orientations and update records of new staff
- Process weekly agency timesheets & Bi-weekly payroll
- Maintaining attendance sheets & employee record for agency employees
- Be an active member of health and safety committee & make sure all compliances are followed
- Provide exceptional support to HR Manager during HR Projects
- Take Initiatives for employment engagement activities
- Assist President/CEO for any administration support required
- Other HR & Administrative general duties as required.

**Knowledge & Skill Requirements**:

- Excellent leadership skills and passion towards Human Resource and Administrative field
- Bachelor’s degree /Diploma/ other relevant education in human resources
- 2 years of experience as an HR assistant in Manufacturing environment
- Effective HR administration and people management skills
- Exposure to payroll practices
- Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
- Must be able to prioritize and manage your time effectively
