Office Assistant

**Responsibilities and Duties**:
- Coordinating listing property set-up and preparation
- Coordinating or installing/ removing signs and lockboxes
- Deliver or pickup office materials
- Updating client information and managing client database
- Assisting to home staging
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Must be able to speak English, Cantonese or mandarin is an asset
- High level of initiative and the ability to multi-task
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong time management capabilities
- Accurate data entry and reporting skills
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 25 per week
**Salary**: $16.55-$18.00 per hour
