**Key Responsibilities**:
- Processes bi-weekly payroll and associated tasks, including YE reconciliation and reporting.
- Processes new hires, onboarding, employee change, termination, and other required task in payroll systems according to established HR processes.
- Administers employee benefit plans, including enrollments, employee changes and terminations. Processes required documents through payroll and insurance providers to ensure accurate record-keeping and proper deductions.
- Answers frequently asked questions from applicants and employees relative to standard policies, benefits, hiring processes, etc. Refers more complex questions to upper management.
- Assists with clerical recruiting activities.
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.
- Plans and facilitates company events for the Montreal site.
- Other tasks assigned by upper management.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum Education Requirements: Degree or Certification in Human Resources, Accounting or other related field preferred. Preferred Payroll attestation
- At least 2 years related experience required.
- Experience using Payworks, ADP, or any other payroll system,
- MS Office - Proficient in Word and Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Working understanding of human resource principles, practices and procedures.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

**Principales responsabilités**:
- Traiter la paie bihebdomadaire et les tâches associées, y compris le rapprochement et le rapport de l'exercice.
- Traite les nouvelles embauches, l'intégration, les changements d'employés, les licenciements et les autres tâches requises dans les systèmes de paie conformément aux processus RH établis.
- Gérer les régimes d'avantages sociaux des employés, y compris les inscriptions, les changements d'employés et les cessations d'emploi. Traite les documents requis par l'intermédiaire des fournisseurs de services de paie et d'assurance afin de garantir l'exactitude de l'enregistrement et des déductions.
- Participe aux activités administratives de recrutement.
- Maintenir des dossiers, des registres et de la documentation précis et à jour en matière de ressources humaines.
- Planifier et faciliter les événements de l'entreprise pour le site de Montréal.
- Autres tâches assignées par la haute direction.
**Exigences**:
- Exigences mínimales en matière d'éducation : Diplôme ou certification en ressources humaines, en comptabilité ou dans un autre domaine connexe. Attestation de paie préférée
- Au moins deux ans d'expérience dans le domaine requis.
- Expérience de l'utilisation de Payworks, ADP ou de tout autre système de paie,
- MS Office - Maîtrise de Word et d'Excel
- Excellentes aptitudes à la communication verbale et écrite en français et en anglais.
- Excellentes compétences en matière de relations interpersonnelles et de service à la clientèle.
- Excellent sens de l'organisation et souci du détail.
- Compréhension pratique des principes, pratiques et procédures en matière de ressources humaines.
- Excellentes compétences en matière de gestion du temps et capacité avérée à respecter les délais.
