Executive Administrative Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Executive's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare itineraries
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports as requested
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Manage and update the Directors contacts, files, and correspondence
- Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in executive assistance
- Excellent Zoom skills
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency with technology
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively
