As a vital member of the rcs team, this full-time position is paramount to the company’s overall efficiency and productivity. The Executive Assistant is responsible for a wide variety of administrative duties in support of the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Director of Construction | NS, both co-owners of rcs. Duties include but are not limited to managing day-to-day operations for the Co-owners, manage schedules, coordinate meetings, handle sensitive information, and facilitate effective communication within and outside the organization. The Executive Assistant is also required to maintain confidentiality and to interact professionally with clients, employees, management and the general public.

In this position the Executive Assistant may also represent rcs affiliated companies within the corporate umbrella of Doucet Developments, when appropriate/applicable.

**Job Duties**
- Take ownership and accept responsibility for actions.
- Actively listen and share information as and when needed.
- Work together co-operatively and support fellow co-workers.
- Provide direct administrative and office management support to the Co-owners.
- Coordinate and maintain work schedules and calendars.
- Prepare travel schedules, book travel arrangements and make reservations as required.
- Plan, coordinate and execute the management of meeting and events.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and distribute to relevant parties as required.
- Review all documents, reports, and correspondence prepared for signature for format, content, grammar, spelling and make edits as necessary.
- Document and file management.
- Assist with special projects, research, and data analysis as assigned.
- Prepare draft reports and background documentation.
- Complete expense reports and other related duties.
- Prepare and review presentations.
- Facilitate communication from department managers and project managers.
- Troubleshoot and/or escalate office administration issues.
- Assist with covering duties associated with vacation/sick days of the Front Desk Coordinator if necessary.
- Present a positive and professional image to all clients, staff, and visitors.
- Assist with the Strategic Planning Process and Implementation.
- Personal Assistant to the Co-owners.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Other duties as required and as assigned within acceptable workload.
- Ensure all work is executed in accordance with the rcs Safety First & Always program.
