**What will you do?**
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including conducting orientation sessions and assisting with necessary paperwork.
- Assist in conducting exit interviews and ensuring a smooth offboarding process
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, employment contracts, and performance evaluations.
- Assist in coordinating recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support the selection process by conducting reference checks and coordinating pre-employment background checks.
- Assist in administering employee benefits programs, including health insurance and leave management.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures and provide guidance to employees and managers when needed.
- Act as a resource for employees, addressing inquiries and providing guidance on HR-related matters.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, such as organizing team-building activities and recognition programs.
- Assist in coordinating employee training and development programs, including scheduling training sessions and tracking attendance.
- Support the implementation of performance management processes, including goal-setting and performance appraisal activities.
- Liaising with the HR Manager to communicate needs across the organization.

**What do you need to succeed?**
- A degree/diploma in human resources, business administration, psychology or a related field.
- 2+ years of previous experience in human resources, recruitment, or a related field
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations related to hiring, employee relations, and workplace compliance.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with employees and address their concerns.
- Ability to promote a positive work environment and foster employee engagement.
- Proficiency in onboarding new employees and facilitating orientation programs.
- Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritizing effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Willingness to adapt to changing HR trends, technologies, and industry practices.
- Continuous learning mindset to stay updated with evolving Ed-Tech and HR developments.
