Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the Customer Service Administrator is responsible for providing support to the Customer Services team.

**What You'll Do**:
Role accountabilities include, but are not limited to:

- Update identified item records to accurately reflect current assembly and products processes and estimated build/delivery times.
- Creation, delivery and follow up of production orders.
- Manually enter or scan and attach documentation into AX to support sales team efforts.
- Perform sales and service activities in a responsible, efficient, and diligent manner.
- Assist with Customer Service projects when requested by the Customer Service Manager.
- Be familiar with and follow Argus Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and processes for the department. Identify opportunities for improvement.
- Promptly and accurately support the creation of quotes, sales orders, repair / recertification orders, production orders and return orders / credits in response to customer requests within the ERP system (AX Dynamics), in line with Argus processes and procedures.

**What You Bring**:

- 3+ years experience in an administrative position.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- A business administration diploma would be an asset.
- Competent using computer software including Microsoft Office, Adobe and Dynamics AX.
- General knowledge of products and services in relation to the oil and gas industry.
- Strong knowledge of safe work practices, Quality Assurance requirements, and Continuous Improvement (Lean Manufacturing) principles and the ability to impart that knowledge to others.

**Working Conditions and Physical Requirements**:

- Office environment, extended sitting & computer use.
