**Position Summary**:
**Responsibilities**
- Distribute customer service calls to field service personnel ensuring that appropriate systems are accurately updated, and individuals informed when work orders are completed.
- Provide Administrative assistance to field personnel.
- Interface with customers and other departments as necessary to ensure successful completion of service.
- Complete dispatch process for all PMs and monitor the PMs progress.
- Ensure all documentation is completed by the technicians and reporting sent to the customers.
- Analyze and reconcile all documentation for submitting to invoicing.
- Prepare customer statements, invoices, work orders, and reports as per pre-determined schedules
- Update 3rd party portals with work statuses as required.
- Provides support and backup for other administrative/inside sales duties as requested.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

**Experience**:

- 1-2 years administrative/accounting experience
- Knowledge of JD Edwards is an asset
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to exercise independent judgment and take initiative.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
