It is cool here Join our dynamic group at CTR Refrigeration as a Service Administrator. We are seeking your passion and enthusiasm in executing a broad range of administrative, service dispatch, customer, operational and accounting responsibilities.

Your full-time role of Service Administrator will include:

- Perform all Payroll tasks for Service & Construction Technicians to completion for each pay period for the Controller.
- Monitoring, prioritizing and organizing Work Orders for Service and Construction technicians to ensure proper completion for payroll and invoicing.
- Accurately and completely process Work Orders and invoice them. Run reports in Timberline to ensure everything is correctly completed.
- Using Great Plains software, process Work Orders, Proofs and Invoices
- Create and process Service Work Orders and Purchase Orders
- Providing administrative support to the Controller, Service & Maintenance Manager, Refrigeration Department and Refrigeration Technicians
- Cross-train with Service Dispatch and Construction billing roles to ensure workflow continuity in the Refrigeration Department during breaks, vacation, leaves.
- Access customer billing portals so CTR can bill our work accordingly.
- Using Holman/GeoTab Software, coordinate truck inventory and scheduling maintenance and repairs.
- Exceptional communication and organization skills required.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain regular consistent and professional: attendance, punctuality, office attire adhering to relevant health and safety procedures.
- Provide courteous and professional customer service to customers and colleagues in a Team atmosphere.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a Payroll/Billing and/or Service Dispatch environment an asset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience working with Timberline or Great Plains Construction software or like program would be an asset.
- Basic understanding of accounting (A/R & A/P).
- Excellent interpersonal / team building skills, reliable and trustworthy.
- Have reliable transportation.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload & be detail oriented.
- Ability to effectively communicate (verbal and written) in a wide variety of settings with a wide variety of people.
- Effective organizational, time management and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated attention to detail while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work under pressure.
