Job Title: Outside Sales Representative

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The primary responsibility of this role is to find new customers and drive sales for our products/services. As an integral part of our sales force, you will be the face of our company, building strong relationships with potential clients and promoting our offerings. Your focus will be on expanding our customer base and achieving sales targets to contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

**Responsibilities**:
Prospect and identify potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, networking, attending industry events, and leveraging online resources.

Conduct thorough research to understand the needs and requirements of potential clients and tailor sales pitches accordingly.

Present and demonstrate our products/services to prospects, emphasizing their key benefits and value proposition.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to ensure a positive and long-lasting partnership.

Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals effectively.

Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets on a regular basis.

Collaborate with the sales team and management to implement sales strategies, explore new markets, and identify growth opportunities.

Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to make informed sales decisions.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, reports, and customer databases.

Provide exceptional customer service and support to address client inquiries and concerns.

Qualifications:
Proven track record of success in outside sales, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with diverse clientele.

Self-motivated and driven to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Ability to work independently and demonstrate strong time management and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
Background/experience in landscaping or construction is an asset

Established network and connections within the target market.

Additional relevant certifications or training in sales and marketing.

Working Conditions: This position involves frequent travel within the assigned territory to meet with clients and prospects. The Outside Sales Representative will work remotely but will be required to attend regular sales meetings and training sessions at the headquarters. The job may require occasional evening or weekend work to accommodate customer schedules or attend industry events.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
