Legacy Estates Somerset is an independent living 55+ condominium in SW Calgary, consisting of 142 individually owned units with an onsite office administrator who completes the day-to-day Condominium business duties and office coverage, under the direction of the Board of Directors.

We are looking for a reliable Office Administration Assistant, able to work 8 to 12 hours per week on a contractual basis.

Work experience and Requirements
- Good health, strong work ethics
- Must have exceptional interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task in an interruptive environment meeting a variety of needs and deadlines
- Microsoft Word, Excel, using templates, computer skills
- Must have drivers license and own vehicle for banking/supplies

Desirable Qualifications
- Experience working with a mature, aging demographic peoples, enjoy serving others
- Experience with Real Estate conveyancing of documents, move ins/outs
- Project management
- Website management

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 per week
