**THE OPPORTUNITY**

Benelogix, a valued partner of GroupHEALTH, is a growing employee benefits consulting organization with nationwide reach, currently in the beginning stages with room for growth as the role evolves. You have the ability to be part of shaping the structure of Benelogix Benefits, and as an **Office Administrator (Part-Time)**, you are providing a multi-faceted administrative and analytical support to the Benefits Advisor sales team of Benelogix. _This is a part-time position, located in Calgary, AB._

**YOUR ROLE**

**First 30 Days**
- Proficient in general reception duties, including phones, couriers, office supplies and meeting set up
- Onboarding and Welcome to organization and culture
- Understand Benelogix/GroupHEALTH’s value proposition and how it is a unique and compelling alternative to benefit plans for small and mid-sized (3-100) employee groups
- Perform a series of job shadows in with our current internal admin team to understand role requirements, IT systems and customer approaches and communication
- Initial learning on CRM sales system
- Learn the Benelogix sales process for requesting data, reviewing received data and preparing recommendations for quote specifications
- Perform a job shadow to understand the role requirements, submission and communication process
- Understand the underwriting qualification programs and create assessment reporting
- Potential for client facing conversations to confirm and adjust appointments.

**First 60 Days**
- Continue to develop confidence to independently and accurately use CRM and Sales systems
- Support sales lifecycle from data received to Assessment Report creation
- Gather and processing benefit data packages
- Initial learning on the GroupHEALTH Partner Portal system
- Create RTQ or create assessment depending on underwriting program guide.

**First 90 Days**
- Independent accuracy and comfort with CRM Sales system
- Define and outline next 90-day requirements in collaboration with Benelogix Leadership

**YOUR IMPACT**
- Review policy contracts, employee benefit booklets, and renewal reports
- Determine if additional data is required and provide requirements to Benefits Advisor
- Prepare quote specifications and submit RTQ to GroupHEALTH;
- Liaise between Benelogix and GroupHEALTH Underwriting
- Participate in team brainstorming sessions to determine client recommendations
- Peer review data and Assessment Reports
- Maintain CRM and Sales system and track lead progress and project future closing dates.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of group systems, products and technology, and have a thorough understanding of how these relate to group insurance consulting
- Deal with the property managers, cleaners, and alarm company for issues when required
- Ensure office cleanliness and organization is maintained

**THIS IS YOU**
- Previous experience working in an office setting with similar responsibilities
- Intermediate experience and knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
