Receptionist/administrative Assistant/accounts

Mackay Equipment produces and supports a complete range of climate and management systems designed to maximize the health and growth of livestock for producers.
We are looking for an Accounting Clerk/Receptionist to join our team
Responsibilities of the Job include but are not limited to
- Answer the phone and direct callers to appropriate person
- Take payments over the phone
- Greet customers when they come in and get appropriate personnel to assist if needed
- Collect and mail daily mail
- Prepare and record Bank Deposits
- Enter in accounts payable invoices
- Reconcile monthly vendor statements
- Cleaning of front show room
- Wiping down surfaces throughout the day
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to Detail
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organizational skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Customer service attitude
