**Matlin Health Inc.** is a leading Canadian clinic dedicated to providing high-quality medical services to patients across the country. As we expand our team, we are seeking a responsible and friendly **Receptionist** to join our office.
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome patients upon their arrival at the clinic.
- Manage doctors' schedules and coordinate meetings.
- Handle and maintain medical documentation.
- Ensure the reception area is orderly and clean.
- Provide information about available services and address any inquiries.
- Collaborate with other departments within the clinic to ensure a high level of patient service.
**Requirements**:
- Secondary or higher education in administrative management or related fields.
- At least 1 year of experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with patients.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of French is an advantage.
- Confident use of computers and office software (Microsoft Office, clinic management systems).
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask efficiently.
- Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team.
