We are seeking a passionate Sponsorship Sales Coordinator with strong leadership skills to join our Business Development (BD) & Marketing team.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Sales Pipeline Management: Keep an active and dynamic sales pipeline to drive continuous growth.
- Client Meetings: Conduct 80-100 live meetings per month, and make 100-120 calls per day.
- Lead Coordination: Generate Leads and convert it to warm leads
- Closing Deals: Convert warm leads into sales.

- **Revenue Generation**: Drive substantial revenue growth to expand the operational budget for key divisional initiatives, events, and programs by strategically securing private sector sponsorships and government, corporate, and foundation grants.
- **Sponsorship Strategy Development**: Create innovative sponsorship strategies for projects, events, and programs aimed at achieving revenue goals. This includes designing sponsorship packages with tailored or structured levels, marketing benefits, and on-site perks at competitive rates.
- **Negotiation and Contracting**: Lead negotiations and finalize significant sponsorship agreements with top corporate leaders, including CEOs, CAOs, and Senior VPs. Draft and secure final agreements and legal contracts, ensuring cash and in-kind contributions are aligned with divisional needs.
- **Event Support and Fulfillment**: Assist in fulfilling pre-event, on-site, and post-event sponsorship benefits and contractual obligations, ensuring sponsors and grant funders receive their promised returns.
- **Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strategic relationships with corporate partners, local businesses, politicians, and senior internal management to support divisional goals.
- **Grant Research and Prospecting**: Identify and research potential grant opportunities from foundations, corporations, and government entities, developing targeted prospect lists that align with divisional priorities.
- **Presentation Development**: Craft compelling presentations to effectively integrate corporate partners and their marketing goals into divisional projects, events, and programs.
