**Position Overview**:
Ecom North by Stallion is designed to bring entrepreneurs, innovators, and industry experts together for networking, learning, and collaboration.

As the Events and Partnerships Manager, you'll be at the forefront of driving and enhancing our brand's presence through events and strategic partnerships. This position offers a unique opportunity to immerse into the dynamic world of e-commerce, driving engagement and fostering connections within the Canadian market.

**Responsibilities**:

- Take ownership of planning, coordinating, and executing various planned events tailored for ecommerce brands across Canada.
- Lead the implementation of partnership strategies, supervising the creation of essential sponsorship materials, including speaker remarks, social media assets, pre-event briefs, communications, and partnership impact reports.
- Develop, negotiate, and tailor multifaceted corporate sponsorship programs to align with the company’s purpose and strategy.
- Supervise and approve event materials and execution, ensuring consistency with our brand standards and messaging across all touchpoints
- Collaborate closely with the internal team to define the vision, aesthetics, and crucial elements of each event, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with sponsors, vendors, and stakeholders in long-term collaboration opportunities.
- Manage budgets and expenses associated with events, ensuring cost-effectiveness while delivering high-quality experiences.
- Oversee event budgets and expenditures, tracking key performance indicators to assess the ROI of each event and inform future investment decisions.
- Stay at the forefront of industry trends and topics to introduce innovative concepts, ideas, and strategies, enhancing both partnership strategy and event execution across virtual, in-person, and hybrid formats.
- Ability and flexibility to travel intermittently for event-related duties.

**Qualification**:

- Previous experience and background in the ecommerce industry.
- Business Development and Sales experience is a plus.
- Demonstrated success in organizing and managing events of various sizes, ranging from small gatherings to large-scale trade shows or conferences.
- Proven capability in overseeing event logistics, managing budgets, and delivering exceptional attendee experiences.
- Possesses a strategic mindset, capable of identifying opportunities, developing innovative solutions, and achieving tangible results.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate event performance and guide future strategies effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation abilities, adept at building and nurturing relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are indispensable.
- Detail-oriented with proficient project management capabilities.
