Nous recherchons un(e) **spécialiste de l'acquisition de talents** pour rejoindre notre équipe d'acquisition de talents en pleine croissance. Ce poste de milieu de carrière est l'occasion de mettre en valeur vos talents de manière significative pour l'organisation.

Ce poste consiste à travailler avec les responsables du recrutement afin d'attirer les meilleurs talents chez IPG en recrutant du personnel actif et passif.

La personne la mieux placée pour ce poste aura de l'expérience dans les domaines suivants:

- Recruter dans le domaine de la comptabilité/finance, de l'informatique, de l'ingénierie, de la chaîne d'approvisionnement, de la logistique et des opérations, du personnel qualifié sur le plan technique et commercial pour des postes à salaire dans le secteur manufacturier.
- Collaborer avec les intervenants internes afin de créer un climat de confiance et de communication tout au long du processus de recrutement, ce qui se traduit par une expérience de qualité pour la personne qui postule.
- Utiliser les outils de recrutement en ligne pour engager des partenariats avec les personnes intéressées tout au long du processus de recrutement.
- Rechercher des profils passifs et commercialiser les postes à pourvoir.
- Gérer simultanément plusieurs demandes d'emploi ouvertes tout en respectant les délais de l'entreprise.
- Le traitement du cycle complet d'acquisition des talents, de l'ouverture du poste à l'intégration du personnel.

Ce poste s'adresse aux personnes qui possèdent les qualifications suivantes:

- Un baccalauréat en ressources humaines ou dans un domaine connexe et/ou 3 à 5 ans d'expérience en recrutement de personnel salarié dans l'industrie manufacturière sur l'ensemble du processus.
- Des compétences démontrées dans l'utilisation de logiciel de gestion des ressources humaines ainsi que des compétences avancées dans les services de recrutement en ligne.
- Une excellente aptitude à la communication et à l'organisation.
- Le bilinguisme est fortement souhaité (français et anglais)

We are searching for a **Talent Acquisition Specialist **to join our growing Talent Acquisition Team. This mid-career role is a chance to showcase your talents in an impactful way to the organization.
- Managing multiple open requisitions simultaneously while achieving company timelines.
- Full cycle talent acquisition processing from the opening of the position to onboarding new employees.
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field and/or 3-5+ years of full-cycle manufacturing salaried recruiting experience.
- Demonstrated skills in HRIS utilization as well as advanced skills in online recruiting services.
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Bi-lingual is strongly preferred (French and English)
