**Schedule**: Monday to Friday 8:30AM-5:30PM (Hybrid)

**What you will do**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Assessing applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, and experience.
- Coordinating the interview process.
- Facilitating offers and employment negotiations.
- Filing paperwork.
- Onboarding new employees to fully integrate them.
- Following best recruiting practices.
- Providing administrative support for HR and other divisions.
- Acting as reception back-up when needed.

**What we are looking for**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2-3 years’ experience as a Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Independent, dynamic worker.
- Bilingual (English & French).

**Ce que vous ferez**:
**Responsabilités**:

- Évaluer les connaissances, les compétences et l’expérience pertinentes des postulants.
- Coordonner le processus d’entrevue.
- Faciliter les offres et les négociations d’embauche.
- Classer les documents.
- Accueillir les nouveaux employés pour pleinement les intégrer.
- Respecter les meilleures pratiques de recrutement.
- Offrir du soutien administratif aux RH et aux autres divisions.
- Agir à titre de remplaçant à la réception lorsque requis.

**Ce que nous recherchons**:

- Un diplôme universitaire en ressources humaines, en administration des affaires ou dans un domaine connexe.
- 2 à 3 années d’expérience à titre de recruteur / spécialiste en acquisition de talent.
- Être familier avec les systèmes de suivi des postulants (Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)) et les systèmes d’information sur les ressources humaines (SIRH).
- Posséder d’excellentes compétences organisationnelles.
- Être un travailleur indépendant, dynamique.
- Bilingue (anglais & français).
