Construction OVI est à la recherche d'une personne qui évoluera à titre de SPÉCIALISTE ACQUISITION DE TALENTS - RH pour notre entreprise.

**SPÉCIALISTE ACQUISITION DE TALENTS - RH CHEZ OVI**

**TÂCHES**
- Recruter la main d'œuvre (chantiers et bureaux)
- Créer et gérer les dossiers d’employés
- Piloter le comité de santé et sécurité du travail et appliquer les recommandations qui y émanent
- Effectuer la gestion administrative des dossiers d’assurance collective et des dossiers d’accident du travail, en collaboration avec la mutuelle de prévention
- Agir à titre de premier contact pour toutes questions des employés relativement aux ressources humaines ou référer à la personne concernée
- Participer à l’organisation des activités sociales (BBQ, Célébration du temps des fêtes, activités reconnaissance)
- Effectuer les commandes et le suivi de tout le matériel relié à la santé et sécurité (trousses de premiers soins, extincteurs, lunettes, etc.)
- Rédiger, participer et acheminer les mises à jour des politiques, manuels et documents Ressources Humaines
- Mettre en place un programme d’évaluation de la performance des employés
- Toutes autres tâches qui pourront se moduler selon l’évolution du département

**COMPÉTENCES RECHERCHÉES**
- Formation académique en ressources humaines
- Expérience dans un poste similaire (2-5 ans)
- Connaissance du domaine de la construction (un atout)
- Excellentes aptitudes relationnelles
- Rigueur, autonomie, efficacité, leadership, débrouillardise et esprit d'équipe
- Connaissance des différentes techniques de recrutement (Indeed, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)
- Bonne connaissance de la suite Office
- Bonne communication orale et écrite
