**Job Description**:
Qualifications Required
Education & Experience
- Undergraduate degree in human resources or related discipline.
- Minimum of three years of experience in total rewards, ideally in a unionized setting.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Strong knowledge in Excel and the Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience working with human resources information systems (HRIS). Experience with Workday is considered an asset.
- Experience with administering compensation programs, including annual salary reviews. Experience in a post-secondary institution is preferred.
- Experience with supporting, interpreting, and administering extended health, dental, and disability benefit plans.
- Experience with the College Pension Plan or Municipal Pension Plan is considered an asset.
Skills & Abilities
- Aptitude to learn complex total rewards programs.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to perform complex work with a high degree of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service, responding to inquiries, and providing information regarding benefits provisions or processes.
- Strong organizational and time management skills and able to meet deadlines and work with frequent interruptions.
