Clio is seeking a seasoned Total Rewards professional to lead our global compensation and benefits strategy. As a key member of our People team, you will drive our Total Rewards philosophy, including compensation, payroll, reward & recognition, and benefits. With a focus on creating a high-performing culture, you will leverage your expertise to deliver innovative programs and solutions that attract and retain top talent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute complex cross-functional strategies to address opportunities and issues in Total Rewards.
  • Lead a team of functional experts in compensation, benefits, and payroll, providing clarity, vision, and coaching for individuals and the team.
  • Partner closely with other members of the People Leadership Team, Finance team, and executive team members to deliver competitive and impactful Total Rewards programs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, data privacy, and financial and SOX controls.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of relevant global Total Rewards experience with proficiency in global benefits, cash compensation, long-term incentive programs, and equity management.
  • Experience leading a global Total Rewards team in a rapidly scaling global business, attracting and retaining talent in a competitive landscape.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to package and present complex analyses and recommendations clearly.
  • Data-driven leader with a strong ability to analyze and turn data into insights and action plans aligned with company direction.
