Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive total rewards strategies that align with Clio's culture and business objectives.
- Lead global compensation and benefits initiatives, including executive compensation, job architecture, and compensation cycle systems.
- Stay ahead of market trends and provide expertise to design, implement, and manage total rewards programs that are equitable, scalable, and performance-driven.
- Present findings and recommendations to executive stakeholders and ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and financial controls.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver competitive and impactful total rewards that support business objectives.
- 8+ years of relevant global total rewards experience with proficiency in global benefits, cash compensation, and long-term incentive programs.
- Experience working with executive stakeholders and influencing compensation committee decisions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage executive stakeholders and drive business outcomes.
