**JOB SUMMARY**

The **Marketing Manager, eCommerce & Digital **plays a pivotal role in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive online sales and enhance the overall digital presence of our eCommerce platform. This position requires a dynamic individual with a deep understanding of e-commerce trends, digital marketing techniques, and a proven track record of successfully driving revenue growth through online channels.

This role is integral in developing and executing demand generation efforts that lead to Medline product brand conversion and brand elevation in Canada.

**CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**

1. **Strategy Development**:

- Develop and implement a strategic marketing plan to drive online traffic, conversion, and revenue.
- Drive integrated marketing/ communications team goals and objectives and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with overall business goals.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing technologies to identify new opportunities.

2. **Campaign Management**:

- Optimize campaigns based on performance metrics, ensuring ROI and KPI targets are met or exceeded.
- Conduct A/B testing to refine and enhance campaign effectiveness.

3. **SEO and SEM**:

- Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve the website's search engine rankings and visibility.
- Manage paid search campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) to maximize reach and conversion.

4. **Content Development**:

- Collaborate with content creators to develop engaging and compelling content for online channels.
- Ensure content aligns with brand messaging and resonates with the target audience.
- Takes part in and provides insights into EU Testing (UAT)

5. **Social Media Management**:

- Oversee social media channels to drive brand awareness and engagement.
- Develop and implement social media campaigns, leveraging influencers and user-generated content.

6. **Analytics and Reporting**:

- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics using analytics tools.
- Provide regular reports on campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
- Works closely with the PMO team, IT, engineering, in business needs and functionality future ecommerce requirements

7. **Customer Experience**:

- Work closely with the customer service team to address customer feedback and improve the overall online shopping experience.
- Implement strategies to enhance customer loyalty and retention.
- Responsible for content site, brand site, catalogue/eCommerce

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Experience with Healthcare Brand Marketing is critical and Quebec is an asset
- Proven experience in e-commerce marketing, with a focus driving online sales
- Experience with e-commerce platform and tools
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

- An ambassador of the Medline brand and of our CARES culture
- 5 + years in a Marketing Manager role
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in aligning strategic initiatives to business objectives and analyzing and reporting ROI
- Detailed digital demand generation and activation experience
- Ability to manage others
