**About this opportunity**
Reporting to the Provincial Manager, Centralized Services, you will work in a fast-paced environment, where a high level of professionalism and confidentiality is crucial to this role.
**Take an inside look at what you’ll do each day**
- Build relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Keep up to date with protocols, procedures and workflows, and ensure targets are met
- Demonstrate a strong sense of responsiveness in booking the first assessment and follow-ups
- Perform accurate, detailed data entry
- Upload reports to the appropriate systems, track and review report errors to ensure accuracy
- Coordinate billing activities with other team members
- Follow appropriate escalation procedures, when required
- Assist with ad hoc projects
- Provide continual feedback on process improvements
**What you need to be successful**
- Superior customer service skills that reflect sensitivity to the needs of clients
- Strong computer skills, specifically in MS Word, Excel and aptitude for database software (experience with Arthur Health software is an asset)
- Knowledge of WSIB Specialty Program is an asset
- The ability to provide an exceptional virtual experience
- A compassionate and caring approach
- Strong listening skills and a high level of patience
- Effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing
- The ability to prioritize under pressure
- A proactive, solutions-oriented approach and ability to multi-task
- The ability to be a natural team player and contribute to team results and success
- Experience in customer service
- All team members are required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and provide proof of vaccination upon hire or provide a valid medical exemption
