**Description:
- Permanent Full Time- We are looking for a **_Manager, Central Operations & Transformation._**

**Role description**
- The Manager, Central Operations & Transformation will have a proven track record in identifying, analyzing, and facilitating capability modeling and support business case development. You will identify opportunities in Centralize Operations processes and data and work through uncertainty to solve problems. You will ideate and deliver enhancements on solutions while providing recommendations that address the needs of the business and drives growth to meet strategic priorities using data and insights. You will work in ambiguous environments, while being able to see the bigger picture and identify dependencies, risks or opportunities across initiatives at any given time.**What you will do**
- Support ideation and innovation process through feasibility assessments on transformative and innovative initiatives which result in new products, services and experiences being brought to Central Operations in an efficient and lower risk way.
- Facilitate discussion to document the conceptual target state processes to address gaps and pain points identified in the current state.
- Use data, analysis, and insights to identify and evaluate opportunities in alignment with our overall strategy.
- Drive feasibility assessments and business cases by articulating the business opportunity, understand the cost drivers, potential benefits, and process improvements as a result of implementing change.
- Assist with shaping the strategy and priorities of Central Operations by ensuring that innovation and other key initiatives are prioritized according to business impact, value, and relevance.
- Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to socialize and ensure alignment on goals as we execute on priority initiatives.
- Develop monitoring and tracking to assess valuation realization relative to business cases and identify opportunities to maximize outcomes.

**What you will bring**
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, commerce, engineering, or relevant field
- 8 - 10 years’ experience in a similar role
- Experience in consulting, project management, or business transformation is preferred
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CPAB) or Project Management Professional (PMP) designations are considered an asset
- Ability to analyze a complex problem and break it down into sub-problems
- Strong financial literacy and quantitative skills
- Think “outside the box” and create novel solutions to problems
- Ability to evaluate innovation opportunities rapidly in the context of other business priorities
- Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and succinctly, verbally and through presentations
- Demonstrated collaboration and communication with leaders and other individuals across an organization
- Strong work ethic, self-motivated and able to work independently to identify and surmount obstacles proactively with limited supervision
- Multi-tasking and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment; can work on 2-3 assignments simultaneously and need to self-organize
- A drive for innovation, fostering an environment that encourages new approaches and challenges the status quo
- A collaborative mindset to build relationships across functions and the business
- The base salary for this position is between **$74,500****:

- $137,900** annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
