Front Desk Agent

**Duties**:

- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Assist with reservations and room assignments
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Assist with housekeeping duties when necessary

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in using phone systems and computer software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy

In this position, you will be responsible for greeting guests, checking them in/out, answering phone calls, and addressing any guest inquiries or concerns. Your friendly demeanor, excellent communication skills, and ability to handle various tasks simultaneously will contribute to creating a positive guest experience.

To be successful in this role, previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred. You should have strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively use phone systems and computer software.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
