**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Perform data entry and tasks with accuracy and attention to detail for daily, weekly, monthly reporting/reconciling using Google Sheets/Excel.
- Continually learn new or updated software apps using support teams and creating or updating standard operating procedures in Google Docs/Word. Training or updating other team members when required.
- Project and event coordination.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between departments and assist in scheduling meetings, follow-up/follow-through with support/resources to team members.
- Maintain organization within filing systems.
- Completing Purchase Orders, Invoicing, A/P, A/R and assisting with month-end reporting.
- Assist with online customer inquiries by promptly responding to customer/client and assigning ticket to the appropriate department.
- Assist CEO with personal organization such as event planning, booking appointments, calendar management, document preparation, Office Management, Personal errands, travel arrangements.
- Ability to travel to Edmonton. Ability to travel and assist with travel planning and booking.

- Highly-organized, focused and strong attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn multiple softwares and continual improvement mindset.
- Excellent project and event coordination.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Drive.
- Understanding of accounting processes.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in an Administrative role is required. A previous role within an eCommerce eco-system an asset.
- Familiarity with software is required. Previous experience with Video Calls, Quickbooks Online, Zoho, Shopify, Amazon Seller Central an asset.
- Previous experience working with 3PLs (3rd party-logistics/warehousing) and 3PL connections with Shopify an asset, but not required.
- Previous experience in organizing events an asset.
- Previous travel planning and booking experience an asset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for success in this role.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $21.00-$31.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
