Hey there We’re Easy A Media, an Ads, Creative & CRO eCommerce agency based in Vancouver, Canada. Easy A Media currently manages 20+ brands with over $1,000,000 a month in active ad spend. We're on the lookout for a persistent and well-spoken Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. Your mission? To schedule 4-8 meetings per month with multiple 6 & 7-figure per year Shopify brands.

**The purpose of the Sales Development Rep (SDR) role at Easy A Media is to schedule 4-8 meetings per month with multiple 6 & 7-figure per year Shopify brands.**

As an SDR at Easy A, you understand that the success of our service relies upon our ability to partner with great Shopify brands. Without the best brands coming IN to the company, the best results cannot come OUT of the company. This position includes a Base Salary + Commission (5%).

You embody persistence. You have the evidence that shows our team's ability to produce incredible results. So, you make it your mission to ensure that any brand looking to grow speaks with our team.

You specialize in communicating with Shopify business owners. You focus on providing value FIRST. You are great at building rapport & communicating with the brand's best interest.

Most importantly, as an SDR at Easy A, you are respectful. You will not harass potential clients & you will protect our brand's reputation at all times.

**Your Responsibilities at The Agency?**

**Ongoing**:

- Handle all inbound leads to qualify & schedule appointments.
- Handle all down sells for consultation programs with unqualified leads.
- Handle all positive responses from outbound systems.
- Manage inbound DMs from Twitter, Instagram, & LinkedIn.
- Re-engage all leads who have previously spoken with our team but did not close.
- Manually prospect to qualified brands with Lavender.io.
- Follow up with engaged leads who booked a call but did not receive a proposal.
- Track and monitor KPIs for appointments every month.
- Analyze current processes to identify friction points & opportunities.
- Work with management to build systems to improve appointment scheduling abilities.

**Direct Experience Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1-year experience dealing with Shopify businesses.
- Minimum 1-year experience setting appointments for agencies.
- Previous experience managing cold outbound systems.
- Previous experience closing sub $1,000 deals (not mandatory but an asset).
- Strong written & grammar skills.
- Strong commuication skills.

**Hours**
- M-S 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM PST (flexible).
- Paid Holidays.
- Paid Sick Days.

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
