**ABOUT THIS ROLE**

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) role is an exciting and unique opportunity to work with one of Canada’s leading Google Cloud Premier Partners and fastest-growing companies

In this pivotal role, you'll be at the heart of our expansion, identifying and nurturing new client opportunities for Google Cloud & Google Workspace solutions. You'll work closely with our sales team, enriching our pipeline and contributing directly to our aggressive growth strategy.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you’ll use your outstanding communication skills and passion for technology to craft and execute impactful outreach campaigns.

**ROLE REQUIREMENTS / PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**
- Ability to source, engage, and create interest with target accounts
- Extremely comfortable making cold calls
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Proficient in leading video conferences
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Interest in Google Cloud products
- Completion of relevant Google certifications (such as Google Workspace Sales Credential, Google Cloud Sales Credential, and Google for Education Sales Credential) would be an asset
- A strong foundation of knowledge surrounding Google Workspace and Google Cloud Platform would be an asset

**ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Hit minimum daily target of outbound phone calls
- Consistently and effectively follow up with leads through a multi-channel approach
- Achieve quarterly and annual booked meeting targets for Google Workspace and Google Cloud
- Attend client meetings to continuously increase product and sales cycle knowledge
- Keep accurate records of all customer engagements and active pipelines in our CRM (Salesforce)
- Submit qualified opportunities to Sales Manager and VP of Sales
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Google Workspace, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and Premier Cloud’s service offerings
- Perform research to provide account intelligence, identify key stakeholders, and build relationships/identify workloads in discussions with IT decision-makers and practitioners
- Partner with AE’s to drive customer attendance at marketing events, training, and other key activities to build awareness and education on Premier Cloud’s solutions

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
