**Sale Development Representative**

**Responsibilities**
- Research, track, maintain and update leads in HubSpot.
- Make outgoing calls to develop new business/B2B Cold Calling & prospects.
- Contact prospects to qualify leads.
- Maintain personal HubSpot Account.
- Provide accurate and timely information to management.
- Develop a strong knowledge of the business to facilitate the sales process.
- Report to Sales Manager for frequent virtual meetings, training, and check-ins regarding sales strategies.

**Qualifications**
- Excellent English communication (verbal and written).
- Experience in cold calling and sales is an asset but not required.
- Knowledge of MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook is a must.

Essentially, you will be responsible for B2B Cold Calling (i.e., building a new customer base). In addition, you will be meeting assigned call targets.

**This job is remote/from home and will be paid $20/hr with performance-based rewards & bonuses.**

**Workdays are Monday to Friday and work hours will be 9:30 - 5:30.**
