**Key Responsibilities**
- Educate leads on our product and solutions and nurture them until they are qualified and ready to talk with a Sales Director
- Utilize our CRM and supporting tools to build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects, and accurately report and track all data
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Product teams to help drive revenue opportunities
- Meet and exceed goals by hitting daily/weekly/monthly KPI's
- Lastly, bring your ideas and creativity to help develop new strategies and processes

***About You**
- Preferred 1+ years in sales as a Sales Development Representative or similar
- Have **confident courageous communication skills** (written and verbal), and a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with all levels of internal and external organizations
- High energy, creative, attention to detail, strong desire to win, growth mindset
- You have a dynamic personality, **passionate** customer success, about what you do, able to effectively engage and influence a variety of audiences at all levels across the business.
- You have a **collaborative** instinct, demonstrating strong interpersonal and listening skills
- Comfortable working in a rapidly evolving organization
- Language Skills, fluent in English, and native German
