**JOB DETAILS**:
**Status**: Full-Time, Permanent
**Hours**:Monday - Friday - After hours availability periodically required
**Working Conditions**:Occasional Travel Required
**Location**: 1343 Sandhill Dr, Ancaster ON

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- 3+ years of experience in sales and account management, preferably within the construction industry.
- Proven track record of developing and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
- Ability to engage and close deals with executive-level prospects.
- Education: Post-Secondary Education in business, construction management, or a related field.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring high client utilization and product/service adoption rates.
- Have exceptional negotiation, diplomacy, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Are adept at assessing client needs, developing tailored proposals, and delivering impactful solutions.
- Can effectively manage client expectations and contract delivery, ensuring overall satisfaction.
- Have a strong ability to work independently, handle multiple requests and deadlines, and perform well under pressure.
- Are eager to raise awareness of our brand and promote new products and services to accounts.

**YOUR ROLE WILL INVOLVE**:

- Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborating internally to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.
- Identifying new business opportunities and strategies to retain and expand assigned accounts.
- Conducting presentations and representing the Bartels Group's brand in the marketplace.
